本週六是本學年的最後一天，請家長依舊準時送學生到校上課。當天上午10:00將舉行學生表演與頒獎典禮，誠摯歡迎全家大小一同參加，與我們一起度過這學期最後美好的時光。

今年也是普慕納中文學校成立50週年的重要里程碑。能夠一路走過半個世紀，真的非常感謝所有家長與學生多年來的支持、陪伴與參與，讓普慕納中文學校能持續成長與傳承。

本週六活動時間如下：

• 9:00–10:00 學生彩排（Rehearsal）
• 10:00–11:00 頒獎典禮與學生表演
• 11:00–12:30 午餐與學生期末點數兌換

下學期（2026–2027學年度）註冊已開始，早鳥優惠至5月31日截止。希望大家能提早完成報名，讓學校能提前安排老師與班級規劃。

This Saturday will be the last day of the school year. Please continue to bring students to school on time as usual. At 10:00 AM, we will hold our Student Performance and Award Ceremony. We warmly welcome all families to join us and celebrate the final day of the semester together.

This year also marks the 50th anniversary of Pomona Valley Chinese School — a very important milestone in our school’s history. We are truly grateful for the continued support, participation, and dedication from all of our students and families throughout the years. Your support has allowed PVCS to continue growing and passing on Chinese language and culture for half a century.

This Saturday’s schedule is as follows:

• 9:00–10:00 AM — Student Rehearsal
• 10:00–11:00 AM — Award Ceremony & Student Performances
• 11:00 AM–12:30 PM — Lunch & Student Point Redemption

Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open. Early bird pricing will be available through May 31. We encourage families to register early so the school can finalize teacher assignments and class arrangements in advance.

Rancho Cucamonga 當地的 靈巖山寺 將於5月24日（週日）舉辦素食園遊會暨募款拍賣會。

As we enter the month of May, our school year is coming to a close. Thank you all for your continued support throughout the year!

 Important Reminder for Next Week:
May 9 — Final Exams & Yangtze River Three Gorges Sharing
In addition to final exams, our Board Chairman, Mr. Kai Dunn, will share his recent travel experiences from the Yangtze River Three Gorges. Parents are warmly invited to join us. Light refreshments will be provided. Please see the attachment for details.

The individual results for the Southern California Chinese Schools Association Spring Academic Competition have been announced!

 Summer Camp Registration Now Open
The SCCCS Summer Camp is now open for registration. We encourage interested students to sign up!

  •  Format: 5 days, 4 nights overnight camp

 Activities include cultural classes, team-building, and outdoor experiences

 Community Event
The Lingyan Mountain Temple in Rancho Cucamonga will host a Vegetarian Fair and Fundraising Auction on Sunday, May 24.

The temple has been a long-time supporter of our school, and we warmly invite families to attend and show support.

亲爱的各位家长， 大家好！

1.         健身气功八段锦太极班开课了！

太极班开课日期：每周六3/14-5/9 (3/28, 4/4 放假）共7课

上课时间：9:30-10:30am

费用：$20

注意事项：穿休闲宽松的适合活动的服装和运动鞋即可

請來辦公室報名！老師的資料請見附件！

2.         南加州中文学校联合会即将举办春季学术比赛，内容有个人组的朗诵、说故事、演讲与简报比赛，以及团体组的朗诵比赛。比赛内容与年龄限制。如果有兴趣参加的学生，请跟自己班上的老师报名，但是一旦报名，就是一个承诺，需要好好的练习。

Dear PVCS Parents,

1.     Fitness Qigong – Baduanjin Tai Chi Class will begin soon.

Dates: Saturdays, March 14 – May 9
(No class on March 28 and April 4) – 7 sessions total
Time: 9:30–10:30 AM
Fee: $20

Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.

2.     The SCCCS Spring Academic Competition is also coming up. Events include Recitation, Storytelling, Speech, Presentation, and Group Recitation.

Please check with Principle for details and age requirements.
Interested students should sign up with their classroom teacher. Registration is a commitment, so students should be prepared to practice.
